For people looking for short-term stays this is an outstanding room in zone 2 is in a lovely, good sized (3 floors) terraced house with garden, shared kitchen/diner. Bills (including utilities, toilet paper, washing powder, dishwasher tabs etc. are Included in rent of £950 per calendar month, (or £237.50 per week). The utilities included in are gas/electricity/water/council tax/wifi.

These lodgings work particularly well if you're self contained but enjoy company.

The current lodgers are in their 30s and speak English.

The available bedroom is roomy and fully furnished and well maintained. The bedroom doubles as a comfortable study. It has good storage space and is light and airy with it's own TV.

There's also a sizeable shared kitchen/diner (all pots, pans, cutlery, crockery etc supplied) - it's big enough to socialise in. There are two ovens, a microwave, an airfryer and a washing machine, dishwasher and central heating throughout the house.

The property is 3 minutes walk from the nearest shops. It's on a quiet road near toTufnell Park tube (8 minutes walk) and Upper Holloway overground station (8 minutes walk). There are good bus routes one within a 3 minute walk. There are playing fields (with tennis) and public parks nearby.

I own the house and am young at heart but much older than other housemates. The dynamic is of a shared home - but I generally live in my own room when at home and although we all clean up after ourselves. I keep the house maintained to a good standard.

Both the main bathroom (with bath and shower) and the toilet for this room are shared with 2 others (there is a separate washroom/toilet for myself (though I occasionally use the bath/shower in main bathroom during the day) - there is a separate ensuite bathroom for the lodger in the upper floor room.
