Cosy room available (N7) in homey house share

One of our friend is moving out this year and so, we’re looking for another friendly person to take over our spare room and join our home (we're leaning more towards women and queer people, but all welcome to enquire!).

The property is a five-bedroom house share, with two toilets and one separate bathroom. We also have a kitchen, a separate living room and even a back garden for the odd barbecue on that one sunny day of the year.

We’re a friendly bunch and love to socialise, but more often than not we’ll be doing our own thing. If you move in with us you’ll be living with:

- Emma: French, bi🏳️‍🌈, theatremaker and baker — hence an early riser (see what I did there?) and need my quiet time in the evening. I'm often at the Hampstead Heath for a swim, a coffee, or pretending to read all the books I can’t stop buying.

- Roberta: Italian, arrived in London a few weeks ago to start my music studies at Goldsmiths University.
Enthusiastic and adventurous by nature, I’m always eager to embrace new experiences, meet creative people, and explore everything this incredible city has to offer.

- Jenny: writer/actor and communications educator. If I’m not at work I’ll be at the theatre or getting out of London for a walk.

- Me! (Pablo): Bi, Spanish, screenwriter and film director. A real adventurous, man of the world: you can often find me at the local Odeon by myself on a weekday afternoon.

The available room:
1st floor, single room, £ 539.69/month available on November 1st

Once you make up your mind, we’ll ask for your deposit as a holding payment. You can then pay the first month of rent upfront on the 1st of Nov. All bills are included in the rent (electricity, broadband, council tax, some cleaning products and a twice-a-month cleaner), we pay for toilet paper and other household items on top and split them on Splitwise every month!
