Three rooms available (N7) in homey house share

Three of our friends are moving out this year and so, we’re looking for another some friendly people to take over our spare rooms and join our home (we're leaning more towards women and queer people, but all welcome to enquire!).

The property is a five-bedroom house share, with two toilets and one separate bathroom. We also have a kitchen, a separate living room and even a back garden for the odd barbecue on that one sunny day of the year.

We’re a friendly pair and love to socialise, but more often than not we’ll be doing our own thing. If you move in with us you’ll be living with:

- Emma: French, bi🏳️‍🌈, theatremaker and baker — hence an early riser (see what I did there?) and need my quiet time in the evening. I'm often at the Hampstead Heath for a swim, a coffee, or pretending to read all the books she can’t stop buying.

- Me! (Pablo): Bi, Spanish, screenwriter and film director. A real adventurous, man of the world: you can often find me at the local Odeon by myself on a weekday afternoon.

There is three rooms available:

One double room, £561.45/month available on August 1st
One single room, £ 539.69/month available on September 1st
One single room, £ 549.96 /month available on November 1st

Once you make up your mind, we’ll ask for your deposit as a holding payment. You can then pay the first month of rent upfront on the day you move in. All bills are included in the rent (electricity, broadband, council tax, some cleaning products and a twice-a-month cleaner), we pay for toilet paper and other household items on top and split them on Splitwise every month!
