Bright Large Double Room

Hi there is a room available from mid July in a 2 bedroom flat, bills included. It is furnished a double bed, a sofa, TV stand, coffee table and and a couple of other furnishings.
The flat it self is cosy, but it gets loads of light throughout the year and it's well ventilated. Also the building is secure with CCTV.

So I'm Miguel the other housemate, currently working the summer season in hospitality at festivals and events while looking for work in tech. I spend most of my spare time with hobbies, going to gigs and seeing friends. Looking to find a flatmate who is easy going and has had experience sharing a home with other people, someone who is tidy, clean and good at communicating. I've been here since 2020 it's a great place and I treat it like a home so it would be great to find a flatmate who will care for the flat like a home as well.
