Double room in friendly house share

The Room

Hello,

We're looking for a new housemate to join our house share.

From 11th/12th January 2026 we will have ONE double bedroom available to rent in a large, relaxed 3 storey house share in Tufnell Park/Archway (Zone 2).

THE ROOM
- shares a bathroom with 2 others
- contains a double bed, 1 wardrobe with inbuilt drawer space and a lovely garden view.
- the £930 rent includes all the bills

THE HOUSE
The house is situated off Junction road equidistant from both Tufnell Park & Archway tube stations (5 mins to either) and close to Kentish Town, Camden and Hampstead Heath.
There's a nice big lounge, pretty patio/garden, 2 bathrooms/toilets, all the usual amenities (washing machine, broadband etc) and we also have a cleaner who comes twice a month to clean all communal areas.

AREA
It's a dream area to live in with great restaurants and pubs nearby. Plus we have Tesco, Sainsbury, Co op, Iceland, Morrison, Waitrose, Lidl and Aldi all within a 5-15 min walk away.

TRANSPORT
24 hr transport links from central London. As well as the tube we have Gospel Oak and Holloway overground train stations close by and buses to central too.

US
We're an easy going friendly bunch, and like to have a catch up in the kitchen or maybe watch a film together when we can. (Everyone has different schedules so we're rarely all at home at the same time anyway.) We're not a party house but do sometimes share a glass of wine or two whilst cooking (or in the garden in Summer).

We feel very lucky to have such a characterful and homely abode so we treat it with respect, keep communal areas clean & tidy and clean up after ourselves. We like to think of the house as our oasis of calm ;-)

All we're looking for is a likeminded, honest and kind person with a sense of humour to join our house. And someone who is happy to muck in with household chores and gardening when it needs doing.


The rent is currently £930 pcm - this is inclusive of all bills.
