We are offering a big double room in leafy Dartmouth Park just 10 minutes' walk from Hampstead Heath.

We're sociable but laid back and appreciate the calm atmosphere of both the house and the neighbourhood.

The flat has a large bow window in the living room, a small kitchen with an oven, washing machine and a fridge. The bathroom (recently refurbished) has both a shower and a bath. We have access to a garden that we share with our downstairs neighbours. Both flats get along very well and share garden furniture. Bills are not included in the advertised rent but come to around £180 per person per month.

The room is a big double room, with a big wardrobe and optional bed (a deal can be worked out with the outgoing tenant). The other furniture is being taken by the outgoing tenant, and the grey box shelves can be removed if necessary. The room can comfortably fit a 2nd wardrobe, a workstation, a king size bed and a reading chair (luxe!).
It is located at the back of the property in the first-floor flat of a converted house, and has two double glazed windows with a fantastic garden view.

The tenants are a french-croatian guy in his mid 20s, and french girl in her late 20s. We're very chilled and tidy professionals who are looking for the same. One of us works in design and the other works in data science for a med tech company.

The flat is equidistant between Archway and Tufnell Park on the Northern line and is served by the 4 and C11 bus routes. Upper Holloway and Gospel Oak overground stations are each within a 15 minute walk of the flat. Nearby, you will find Hampstead Heath, Waterlow Park and Highgate Cemetery.
