I'm looking for a friendly and considerate flatmate for a lovely two-bedroom flat in Tufnell Park. I am moving out and I am posting this with my flatmate, Mak, as we search for new flatmate for the contract.

This spacious 2-bed flat is situated in a beautiful, quiet and sought after area of Tufnell Park. The flat is surrounded by green space and excellent connectivity.

The room is a huge double room, with plenty of floor space, storage and desk space for working from home. The flat has a large living room and a modern and spacious kitchen and bathroom. The flat is on the first floor with an outside balcony space and access to a communal garden.

A few highlights of the location:

- 🌳 Hampstead Heath: Just a 10–15-minute walk away, perfect for walks, runs, Parliament Hill Lido and bathing pornds, or simply enjoying some green space.

- 🚇 Transport: Tufnell Park station is a 5–7-minute walk, while Archway station is around 10 minutes away. There are also good bus connections nearby.

- 🏊 Leisure facilities: A leisure centre with a gym, swimming pool and sauna is about a 10-minute walk away.

*A little about Mak and the household*

You'll be sharing the flat with Mak, 35. He is a consultant in the energy sector and is easygoing and friendly. He is always up for a nice chat, sharing a laugh or catching up over a cup of tea, while equally appreciating everyone's personal space and independence.

Ideally, Mak is looking for another working professional who is friendly, tidy, considerate and respectful of shared spaces. Someone who appreciates a calm, relaxed home environment rather than a party household. The flat is a non-smoking space.

We also have a few plants around the flat, so someone who enjoys a little greenery and wouldn't mind occasionally helping look after them would be a lovely bonus! 🌿

Details:
