Spacious single room to rent on a Monday to Friday basis only in friendly home near Kentish Town and Tufnell Park. Suitable for people who go out to work only. It's around a 10 minute walk to either Kentish Town Tube/Thameslink, or to Tufnell Park Tube; or around a 20 minute walk to Calendian Road tube.

The flat is also a short journey to Camden Town, Hampstead Heath, Holloway, various overground stations including Kentish Town, Kentish Town West and Gospel Oak; and lots of bus routes. Examples:

Kentish Town: Routes 88, 134, 214, and C2 pass through Kentish Town. There are also night buses such as N20.

Camden Road: Routes 29, 253, 274, and 393. Night buses like N29 and N253 operate through this area too.

It’s a good sized large single room with a very comfortable single bed in it (which can be extended to a double).

You’d be sharing with us – a friendly couple (one London-born and one Brazilian) who enjoy our own space but are warm and approachable. If you’re looking for a relaxed, respectful home environment, this might be a perfect fit.

Shared kitchen/diner and bathroom (not living room).

We occasionally dog-sit for short periods, so it’s best suited to someone who doesn’t mind a furry guest every now and then.
