Large double room to rent for up to 6 weeks

Hi,

I am a 26 year old working professional looking for a short-term flatmate to fill an empty double room between 2nd February and 12th March between my flatmate moving out and my partner moving in.

The flat has great transport links via the northern line from Tufnell Park. It is also closely located to the amenities on Holloway Road, and is walking distance from Hampstead heath.

The room is bright and spacious and gets lots of sunlight. It overlooks the gardens to the back of the neighbouring properties so is lovely and quiet.
It’s got a huge built in wardrobe so lots of storage.

My flatmate will be taking her furniture with her, but I will replace the bed with a king size bed and mattress. I can also put up a small desk for those who need to work from home.

You’ll have free use of the kitchen and bathroom and living space and can come and go as you please. There is also secure bike storage if you need it.

I work from home on Mondays Thursdays and Fridays between 9-5 and am in the office in the city on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. On days where I work from home you would need to be quiet around the house as I have meetings.

I am a very tidy person and a relatively quiet housemate. I mostly will spend my weekday evenings exercising or watching tv/ reading, and go out a fair bit to see friends and my partner who lives nearby.

This room is best suited to someone relatively quiet who also works a full time 9-5 in London. You’ll also need to be nice and tidy :)
