Double Room Available in Tufnell Park

Hi, we are a group of 3 young professionals who have lived in the flat for around 2 years now and looking for another girl similar age to join us starting from 23rd August (flexibility on move in date from the 23rd, however will have to start paying rent from this date).
We’re a friendly household who like watching trashy TV, occasionally cooking meals together to sit out on the balcony on the summer nights, looking for someone to join us! We’re also on pretty different schedules of office days and WFH so like coming together occasionally but predominantly just co-exist in the flat. Looking for someone who has a similar schedule and isn’t fully WFH
The house is in prime location to supermarkets on Holloway Road, public transport links in Tufnell Park and green spaces, such as Hampstead Heath, a fan favourite amongst the house!
It's a gorgeous light and airy flat with high ceilings, shared living room, and a furnished patio balcony space, which is perfect for sunbathing and relaxing out on!
We like to keep the shared spaces clean and comfortable for everyone. Bathroom is shared with 2 other housemates. No smokers.
