This room in our 3-bedroom, 1st-floor flat will be available at the start of August. The flat is within walking distance to Gospel Oak Overground (15 mins), Archway Northern Line Station (~10 mins), Tufnell Park Northern Line Station (15 mins), and 5 minutes from Hampstead Heath.

The Flat
• The room is partly furnished. It includes a double bed frame, a bedside table, and a wardrobe.
• Kitchen and living room with all the usuals (minus a dishwasher).
• One bathroom with a bath and shower.
• £770 per month, excluding bills.
• Move-in date: Start of August

About Us
We are Tom (32, Social Media Manager) and Joanna (30, Paralegal), two relaxed and easy-going young professionals looking for a new housemate.

We're regualrly out at work or meeting up with friends in central. But expect to see a fair bit of us as we tend to work from home 2 times a week. The landlady/management company are incredibly responsive and respectful, and our time here has been fantastic so far.
