Hello! We are Harvey (M, 26) and Lola (F, 24). We are looking for a third housemate to join our lovely flat! ☺️

About the place
The flat has three bedrooms, split across the second and third floors of a Victorian house. Located on a quiet residential street in Tufnell Park, the flat is a two-minute walk from Tufnell Park Station (Northern line).

Kentish Town Station for Thameslink services is an 8-minute walk, and Gospel Oak Overground Station for the Mildmay line is around a 15-minute walk.

The location is brilliant, next to bustling Kentish Town and Camden. Hampstead Health is also just around the corner, and the flat is within walking distance of Coal Drops Yard and Primrose Hill. Tufnell Park also has loads of great pubs, restaurants and coffee shops! 💫

The room is available from 6 July 2026. The room has plentiful storage, and sufficient space for a desk and a double bed. The room is unfurnished.

The room is listed for £1,100. Bills are not included.

We met last year on Spareroom and have lived together since!

Lola: I’m a young professional originally from the Canary Islands, but have been living in London for 8 years. I am a design consultant, based in the City. Outside of that, I really enjoy coffee, museums, art, climbing and game nights!

Harvey: I am also a (slightly order hahaha) young professional. I am a family solicitor, also working in the City. As a typical gay man, I am an avid watcher of the Real Housewives. I love a good pub and a pint, especially if a quiz is on. I too am also a rock climber and now a novice runner!

We both work on a hybrid, in the office 2-3 times per week.

We are a relaxed and cosy flat that really values a peaceful and homely atmosphere. We aren’t the party at home type, as we are both often out and about socialising. However, we enjoy the occasional dinner and movie night. We are clean and tidy, respectful of personal space, and appreciate a friendly dynamic where everyone feels at home! ✨
