The flat:
I am the current flatmate who is leaving due to a career change, so the flatmate you would be sharing the space with is Puya.

Between the two of you, you would have a shared bathroom, living room and a kitchen (with two fridges for those who like to meal prep). There is also a beautiful, large garden shared amongst 3 blocks.

Location:
The flat is located in a safe part of London and has a Lidl, Sainsbury’s, Morrisons and Waitrose all within a 15-minute walk away.
The closest station is Tufnell Park (12 minute walk away and I always felt safe walking back home after dark.

About your new flatmate:
Puya is a quiet, clean and considerate young professional. His hobbies include drawing and painting, seeing live music, visiting galleries and museums, cooking, going to the gym, and playing sports. Puya works from home three days a week.

About you:
Puya is looking for someone who is respectful, independent and has a calm energy to them. Ideally, someone who gets up no earlier than 7 am and likes to wind down to sleep no later than 10:30 pm (He is a light sleeper and we have creaky floorboards) 😅 obviously, he doesn't mind exceptions during weekends. The walls are a little bit thin, so headphone usage would also be appreciated!
