The flat:
Between the two of us, we would have a shared bathroom, living room and a kitchen (with two fridges for those who like to meal prep). There is also a beautiful, large garden shared amongst 2 flats

Location:
The flat is located in a safe part of London and has a Lidl, Sainsbury’s, Morrisons and Waitrose all within a 15-minute walk away.
The closest station is Tufnell Park (12 minute walk away and I always felt safe walking back home after dark.

About me:
Im a quiet, clean and considerate young professional. In my spare time, I like to cook, go to the gym and play board games with friends. For peace of mind, I often go to my friend’s place as opposed to them coming here. I’m not much of a drinker, and generally prefer relaxed evenings in.

About you:
I’m looking for someone who is respectful, independent and has a calm energy to them. Ideally, someone with a regular schedule.

The walls are a little bit thin, so I am looking for a flatmate who comes back home at a reasonable time and is respectful in keeping the volume down post 10 pm. Headphone usage would also be appreciated
