Lovely double available in Tufnell Park

We're looking for a new flat mate in a four-bed in Tufnell Park.

My name is Raf, and I'm moving out to go travelling.

The existing flatmates are:

Freya (23F) works as a fashion buyer.

Verity (23F) works as a strategy consultant in real estate.

Sam (25F) is from New Zealand and works for a record label.

We're a social house and we often have BBQs on the terrace (see photos).

Perks of the house:

1. We live above a very nice bakery. They do amazing coffee and it's a great place to sit and work from home.

2. We're a 10 minute walk to Hampstead Heath and close to the ponds. When the weather is good we're up their often.

3. Lots of shops. We have Lidl in Archway around a 8 min walk away for cheap groceries.

4. Lots of transport options. Within a 15 minute walk you have the Northern Line (Tufnell Park), the Overground Mildmay Line (Gospel Oak), the Overground Suffragette Line (Upper Holloway Station), and the Thameslink (Kentish Town).

5. The balcony is lovely in the sun.

6. Two bathrooms between the four.
