About the room: this really spacious (5.44m x 3.63m), light, bay-windowed double room is fully furnished with loads of storage and shelving.

About the flat: our lovely 3-bed, 1-bathroom, garden flat has a big kitchen/living area with loads of outside space which is for our use only in the ground floor flat. We have been really taking care of the garden in the past year and have invested in some outdoor furniture and a barbecue so its great for having small gatherings. We know the neighbours in the flats upstairs and next door who are all very friendly.

The flat is very near to Archway and Tufnell Park tube stations (5-10 minute walk) on the Northern line, getting you to central London in under half an hour. We are also close to Hampstead Heath (10 minute walk), and Highgate Village (15 minute walk). The end of our road is serviced by the 134 and 390 bus routes, meaning you can quickly get to Kentish Town (5 minutes), Camden (10 minutes) and Kings Cross (20 minutes).

Current housemates: Dan (24 male) and Jemba (23 female) working full-time in policy and public affairs areas. We are both hybrid workers but our offices are in central London. We went to uni together and we are sociable household and enjoy going to the pub, theatre, cinema together, as well as the occasional night out!

We are looking for someone who is also in full-time work (required by the landlady), is clean/tidy, sociable and wants to make the most of their time living in London.

Under the current rent split the room is £1100 excl. bills, with all bills (gas, electric, water, wi-fi, and Band D council tax) coming to around £110 per month.
