Available for move in date anytime between 4th august - 1st Sept. £845 rent + £130 bills

Who we’re looking for -
- Seeking someone who is looking for a chill and cosy home to unwind
- Someone who wants to build a genuine connection with the people they live with + contribute to the vibes
- Communicates openly, kindly, and with transparency
- Bonus if you’re interested in gardening or tending to outdoor spaces!
- Preferably woman or queer/trans, 25+

Us and the house:
- We’re a social house and spend time together doing stuff like cooking, watching TV, going for walks, playing board games, and sometimes having bbqs or hosting friends.
- We have a monthly dinner together where we each take turns to cook; and have a cleaning schedule where someone cleans shared spaces weekly
- While we’re all independent and often out and about and busy, we enjoy having a sense of togetherness and having a friendly, relaxed atmosphere.

- We have a cute garden which is great for gardening, hanging in, reading/working from a shady spot.
- Large kitchen/dining areas and a separate living room.
- 2 shared bathrooms inc a bath shared between 3 of us (and another room having an en suite)
- Terraced house in a secure complex down a quiet street.
- Bills - £130pcm. Covering everything: Council tax (band F), WiFi, Water, Gas/electricity

The room - £845 - double room with large storage area/inbuilt wardrobe cupboard.
Comes semi furnished with just a bed (and I think a chest of drawers …and a few other bits tbc)

The area-
- 20 min walk from Hampstead Heath 😍😍 🌿🌿
- We’re a 10 mins walk from Archway, Tufnell Park and Upper Holloway stations, and 20 mins walk from Kentish Town so really good connections for Northern Line, Suffragette Line, railway and buses. 20 mins into central London
- A bus stop is also less than five minutes from our front door.
- It’s a great area with some lovely pubs and restaurants nearby, as well as Sainsbury's, Aldi, Co-op and M&S.

A bit about us

Sami (he/him 🏳️‍⚧️) is 30. Aspiring carpenter. Loves food and cooking, baking, boardgames, music, and playing Stardew Valley.

⁠Caz (she/they) is 28. Works in sustainable food growing + related community work. Loves cycling, spending time on the Heath, reading nerdy books, and being out and about at queer events and parties

Aneeka (she/her) is 31. Works as a policy advisor in organic farming. Loves cooking, video games, hiking, art and going out to eat.
