Bright furnished double room - Tufnell Park ✨

A bright, spacious double room is available in our Tufnell Park flatshare from 8 September.

Our housemate Maddy is moving to Bristol for a new job, so Anna and I are looking for someone to take over her room.

You’d be living with me and Anna. We originally met through SpareRoom and have ended up becoming great friends, so we’d love to find someone who fits into the same easy, friendly house dynamic 🥰.

We’re both professionals in our 30s. I work in sports and entertainment and am in the office four days a week, so there are sometimes free tickets knocking around if you’re into football or live events ⚽️ Anna works in science and works from home most of the time.

We’re sociable but also have our own lives and like our downtime. We’re usually out seeing friends, at the gym, swimming at Parliament Hill Lido, heading to gigs or trying a new restaurant or wine bar. At home, it’s often a takeaway, a kitchen catch-up or getting into a good film or series 🍷📺

We’re looking for someone clean, considerate (all the usual spiel) - up for the odd drink or chat, but with their own thing going on too.

The room is on the second floor and has high ceilings, sash windows and loads of natural light. It comes furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, desk, drawers, shelves and bedside table.

The flat is a split-level Victorian conversion with a big living room, shared kitchen, two full bathrooms (shower & a bath) and a sunny roof terrace with views across London. It’s a great spot for drinks, dinner outside or just sitting up there after work.

We’re a five-minute walk from Tufnell Park station, around 15 minutes from Gospel Oak and close to the pubs, coffee shops, restaurants and wine bars around Tufnell Park and Archway. Hampstead Heath and Parliament Hill Lido are also an easy walk away 🌿
