Double room in Tufnell Park

Double room available to replace me 2 mins from Tufnell Park station.

Our lovely landlords haven’t raised the rent in years so we have a great deal, and a good relationship with them. You’ll be living with (fun) German strategy manager Tilman and Ozzie jewellery designer Charlotte - friends, not a couple. I’m moving in with a partner otherwise definitely would not be giving up this place! Tilman has been here 5 years.

Full disclosure the deposit is between incoming and outgoing tenant which I think is slightly more than 5 weeks rent.

I don’t have many pics yet but will add them! It’s a lovely, chill house. Open to all genders but general preference for a woman (or feminine energy!)
