Hey everyone! After three great years together, my current flatmate is moving out, and I am looking for a new person to share this amazing Zone 2 - Tufnell park flat with from 1st September.

About the flat:
It is a bright, cozy, and modern top-floor flat with a fantastic layout. Because it is on the top floor, we have our own private entrance shared with only two other flats, accessible via a private lift.

The highlight of the place is the massive windows that flood the rooms with natural light. Even better, the building features solar panels that keep the flat perfectly warm, dry, and completely free of winter humidity. There is no gas on the property, and because of the solar energy, the bills are incredibly cheap in the summer. Even during the absolute coldest months of winter, the highest electricity bill has capped out at just £220!

• Bigger Room: £1,450 / month

• Water: Around £180 every six months
• Internet: £30 / month
• Move-in Date: 1st September
