Double Room in Tufnell Park

Hello!

We are looking for a 6th member to join our lovely house. We are a close knit group of friends and are looking for someone to become a member of the
gang.

We are a sociable bunch and enjoy house dinners, evenings watching Netflix or drinking margs I, plus the occasional house party!

About us:
Hattie: I work for a charity, working to get people into creative industries. I love
to make a mean guac & spicy margs! I love going to gigs, festivals and watching A24 films
Zhanna: I'm working in food PR! I'm also a huge fan of cooking and love food, so trying new recipes for us girls is my favourite activity. I love scrabble, vintage shopping, farmers markets, drinking wine.
Becc: I work in the art world and spend a lot of my time in galleries for openings or exhibitions e I love going to the cinema, doing pub quizzes and trying new restaurants!
Sophie: an Aussie living in London! I am currently working as a teacher but have a dream to act.
I love the heath, swimming and love to be social!
Tania: I work in social housing - llove going to gigs, listening to music and doing karate weekly!

The house is incredibly spacious - we have a double living room, a kitchen with a separate dining area, bathroom and a separate toilet, plus a garden and patio
It's a 10 minute walk to Tufnell Park underground station (Northern line) and a 12 minute walk to Gospel Oak overground.
We're close to Swain's Lane (5 minutes!) which has a Gail's, Superette, Roni's, Tesco and a greengrocer.
We're also
a 5 minute walk from Hampstead Heath (Parliament Hill side) and close to both
Kentish Town and Archway.
We have a cleaner who comes once a week for the communal areas (£20 pp pm). Bills come to roughly £130 on top of this - including water, gas and electric, wifi, council tax and household products.
The deposit is one months rent to be paid upfront.
