Hello!

I’m Tom (29) and you would be joining Grace (28) and I in a lovely flat in between Tufnell Park and Kentish Town. Grace is a full time veterinary science student and I work full-time in the music industry doing marketing.

We are very relaxed, and enjoy an evening watching films together and occasional pub nights, but apart from that live our own lives and have our own social things going. We like the flat to be clean and tidy, but aren’t going to go mad if a couple of plates are out for a day!

The place is amazing, and we’ve been here just over a year. There’s one huge shared bathroom for the three rooms, but also another two toilets you have access to, and a beautiful roof terrace! We appreciate a warm and cosy space, and not the big light 😅

It’s originally a 3 bedroom, so only the more expensive room is on the contract - the other is a sublet, and we can be flexible on stay duration! We get a monthly cleaner and split that equally, as well as council tax and bills. About £100-£120 a month. There’s a separate washer and dryer.

Super close to both Kentish Town/Tufnell Park underground, Thameslink and Overground. Amazing bars and restaurants nearby!
