We are offering a cosy yet spacious double room in leafy Dartmouth Park just 10 minutes' walk from Hampstead Heath.

We're sociable but laid back and appreciate the calm atmosphere of both the house and the neighbourhood!

The flat has a large bow window in the living room, a small kitchen with an oven, washing machine and a fridge. The bathroom (recently refurbished) has both a shower and a bath. We have access to a garden that we share with our downstairs neighbours. Both flats get along very well and share garden furniture. Bills are not included in the advertised rent but come to around £180 per person per month.

The room is a spacious double room with a lovely fireplace and view of the garden, and double glazed windows. The room comes with a wardrobe, chest of drawers and double bed, left by previous tenants. The other furniture is being taken by the outgoing tenant, including what Anne's sister's calls the "home depot shelf".
The room can fit a workstation if necessary, where the shelf currently is.
It is located at the front of the property in the first-floor flat of a converted house.

The flatmates are a queer, Chinese-Canadian in her mid-30s working in nature tech, and a French designer who just turned 30. We're very chilled and tidy professionals who are looking for the same.

The flat is equidistant between Archway and Tufnell Park on the Northern line and is served by the 4 and C11 bus routes. Upper Holloway and Gospel Oak overground stations are each within a 15 minute walk of the flat. Nearby, you will find Hampstead Heath, Waterlow Park and Highgate Cemetery.
