Large Double Bedroom 5 mins from Hampstead Heath!

I'm looking for someone to replace me in my flat located between Archway and Tufnell Park. If you're looking for something a bit quieter but still close to the hustle and bustle of London then look no further as the flat is located just a 10 minute walk from Archway and Tufnell Park tube stations but lies on a quiet, leafy road just a 5 minute walk from Hampstead Heath!

I'm moving out to live with some friends but couldn't recommend the area or flat enough. You're walking distance from Archway, Highgate, Tufnell Park and Kentish Town - all with their distinctive vibe and lots going on. And most importantly right by Hampstead Heath which is perfect for hanging out in the summer, swimming in the ponds and Autumnal / Wintery walks. It really is the best of both worlds which is hard to come by in London!

You'll be living with Joanna (31 and works in law) and Sacha (29 a musician and tutor) who have lived here for just under a year. They're chilled out, relaxed easy going and friendly people and great housemates who I'm sure whoever takes the room will get on with really well. It's a social flat but not a party house.

The flat itself is cosy but has a large living room with a dining room table, a decent sized kitchen and the bedroom is of a good size, roughly 10 sq metres. The room is unfurnished but comes with a bed. There's a large IKEA wardrobe which I purchased last year and it would be ideal if the incoming housemate was open to purchasing for a budget price - but can be decided on move in.

There's also a large communal garden, shared with two other blocks of flats. With Hampstead Heath on your doorstep you probably won't need to spend much time out there but it has secure bike parking and a good place to hang washing.

The flat is let via an agency who are great and responsive and very easy going. Bills add up to roughly £150 a month but naturally cheaper in the summer, more in the winter.
