Double room with en-suite in Tufnell Park

We're looking for a new housemate for our three-bed place in Tufnell Park, as our current housemate is heading back to the States.

🪴 The room: £1,315pcm (bills not included). A large double bedroom with plenty of built-in storage and an en-suite.

🏡 The house: On a quiet street, 4 minutes' walk from the tube, with an open-plan living/dining/kitchen, and a garden.

👯‍♀️ Us: We're Kirsty and Lucy, both 30 and have been pals longer than we’ve not (18 years and counting). Kirsty works in adtech, Lucy works in housing, and we’re both easy-going and sociable. A typical week for us is a wfh/office day combo, a run or gym session here and there, evenings at home or out with friends, and a pub or two on Friday. Weekends usually mean bopping around North London or having friends over for dinner and drinks.
