Looking for new housemates for a master bedroom and a small bedroom, in a large Victorian house. The house gives a lot of bang for your buck, a lot of ground for your pound. The house has to be seen to be believed.

The property has 4 floors, 3 bathrooms, 2 living rooms and 1 garden. It also has a conservatory and too many chandeliers. The photos don't really do justice to the house.

Specifically looking for a couple for the master bedroom (1300pcm) to make the best use of the space the house offers.

The small bedroom (600pcm) is part-furnished with a wardrobe, and can either be set up with a futon or bed, depending on if you want the room for anything other than sleeping.

Bills are ~180pppm, including all utilities, council tax and weekly cleaner for shared spaces.

Vegetarian and/or LGBT preferred but not required.

I’m looking for housemates who are up for house parties, silliness and fun, and who want to get to know each other rather than just be ships in the night. People who’ll help make the house feel like a home, while being considerate of each other’s space, downtime and need for a bit of peace.
