A cleaner comes twice a month, included in the rent. The other 2 weeks the tenants share the cleaning.

Fully furnished kitchen : Large x2 doors American fridge, new microwave, new washing machine, new cooker/oven, plus extremely comfortable electric leather sofa in the living room .

Garden (x 2) Front and back garden fully fenced and very private.
At the back, we have a lovely entertaining space. BBQ place, tables and chairs, awning and a big shed for extra storage.
At the front, just an open space with a garden and parking space for motorbikes or bicycles.

Toilets (x 2) The house has an upstairs bathroom and a downstairs toilet with an Italian shower room.

Free parking space just outside the house !!

The house is situated in a very quiet location.

Close to 3 train stations: Streatham Hill, Tulse Hill, and West Norwood.
The nearest tube station is Brixton, 5 mins away by bus.
It takes aprox 15 mins to London Bridge/Victoria by train(4 stops from Tulse Hill).
There are many bus routes available nearby. Plenty of night buses are also available.

The high street has several amenities, such as lots of shops, supermarkets, bars, restaurants, gyms, cinema, and banks.
Brockwell Park, a very large park with a lido(sports centre and olympic swimming pool), sports courts, gardens, lake, etc, is just a 5 minute walk away from the house.
