This is a one-bedroom flat shared with the live-in owner. The advertised room will be your private bedroom, while I use the living room as my own living and sleeping space.
The kitchen, bathroom and toilet are shared.
I work on a hybrid basis, so I am at home on some working days.
I keep the home clean, peaceful and well maintained and am looking for a female lodger who appreciates a calm, considerate, peaceful and relaxed home
environment.
The property is conveniently located for local shops, transport and green spaces, with Brockwell Park, a Tesco Express and larger Sainsbury’s nearby.

Water rates, fibre optic broadband and council tax are included in the rent. Gas and electricity are not included and are split between us.
This is a short-term let, ideally for around 2–5 months, with some flexibility depending on circumstances.
