We have 1 double room in super location for the price at £605 month. The room is to be rented for 6 months minimum. The right candidate might get an extra discount of £10 monthly, so £595 month, which is an amazing price for London zone 2 . We think that given current tenants are all males might be more suitable for a male.

Room is a good double. with good space. You will get a new matress. It will be ordered same day you sign the contract and pay. You must be at the flat when it arrives around 2 days later. We will give you the keys of the room when you sign so you can start moving your things but your moving day will be the day the matress arrives. So for example if you sign on Friday and the matress arrives on Sunday your contract starts Sunday not Friday but you will have the keys of the room on Friday to start moving your things. The room has plenty of space for a desk if you have one. Double glazing windows and laminated floor. No living room. Thats the reason for such economic price and also becasue we prefer good quality tenant that is respectful, easy going and is never going to be late in the rent.

This flat is not for people looking for a fancy place to live. This is a purpose bulid block. More suitable for working people looking for practical yet decent, simple accommodation. The flat has 2 levels. The last photo is the corridor in second. level , up stairs where is the bathroom and where your room is located.

This room is for people looking for central location and wanting to save money in the rent. Rooms are Good. They are laminated and have double glazing windows. But kitchen and bathroom have not been renovated. Nevertheless it comes equiped with fairly new washing machine (bought less than a year ago). You have also pans, dishes, etc.

Our price is mega cheap for London, for the LOCATION which is central and also taking in account current London renting situation which is very expensive.
