I'm renting out a lovely double room in my spacious 2-bedroom flat, and I’d love to find someone who’ll enjoy it as much as I do. The room is available immediately.

The room is fully furnished and features a super comfy double Emma mattress, a 65-inch smart TV with Amazon and Netflix included, a cozy chair, built-in shelves, a double wardrobe, and large drawers with stylish bedside tables for extra storage. It’s bright and airy when the shutters are open, and wonderfully warm and snug during the winter months.

You’ll also have your own private bathroom, which is modern and includes both a bath and shower—perfect for relaxing after a long day.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need: dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, oven, grill, air cooker, ninja bullet and all the modern utensils. It’s a great space for cooking and entertaining.

The flat also has high-speed internet and a large, comfortable living room with a luxury corner sofa—ideal for relaxing or hosting friends. There’s a 75-inch smart TV with Netflix, Amazon, Disney+, and Apple TV, plus a record player if you enjoy vinyl.

One of my favourite features is the beautiful roof terrace, complete with a large wicker sofa and BBQ—perfect for summer evenings and weekend get-togethers.

The flat is located on a quiet road in Tulse Hill, just off Brixton Hill. It’s about a 15-minute walk to Brixton Underground Station (Victoria Line), which gets you into Central London in around 14 minutes. Brockwell Park is just 4 minutes away, and there’s a local convenience store and pub just 2 minutes from the door.
