The property is literally a couple of minutes walking distance to Tulse Hill station and are well connected to Brixton and Camberwell via numerous bus routes. Tulse Hill to London Bridge by train is approximately 15 minutes and 20 minutes to Farringdon.

The room have a small double bed, a wardrobe, bedside table and a desk with a chair.

The flat comes with two sofas and a tv, a dining table and the kitchen have all appliances including a washing machine. There is two fridges available.
Water, electricity, council tax and broadband bills are all included.
