The tranquil single room currently has a 3/4 sized bed, wardrobe and shelving for storage. Double glazing, premium flooring, light bright and calm.

In total the property comprises of a delightful reception room with ample space for dining, smart kitchen, elegant bathroom, generous sized garden and off-street parking.

In short, it's a fabulous house with a south facing garden with lost of sunshine coming through, great for dinner parties, BBQ's and general relaxing when the sun goes down!

The bedrooms will suit professionals but the entire house is made for friends and family. I am looking for non-smokers, clean, tidy and respectful house mates to share this impeccable space and enjoy all that the house has to offer.

For those working in the city, Tulse Hill station is 5 - 7 minutes walk from the house. Direct trains into London Bridge (12 - 15 minutes) and Kings Cross (15 - 25 minutes). There are also regular buses to Brixton (10 minutes) and Streatham Hill and Clapham are easily less than 10 - 15 minutes away too.
Local shops and amenities are 5 minutes from the house.
