Spacious double room in flatshare SW2

Hello!

We are looking for a couple to take over the spacious double room in our flat. LGBTQ+ couples and people are more than welcome to apply!

The flat is a 8min walk from Tulse Hill station and 15mins from Streatham Hill, but we have multiple bus stops nearby (10mins walk) that can get you to Brixton Underground in 15mins.

The rent is £980 monthly, not including bills which is £90 (approx.) per person, per month and a one-off payment for water each tax year. The deposit is £1000 and you will need references to go onto the lease with our real estate agents.

The room comes semi-furnished with a king size bed and a wardrobe. Coat rack can be left if needed.

The flat has a big living room, one separate toilet and bathroom, and a small kitchen. There is also a large communal shared garden that you will have access all year round.

Viewings will be from October 15.

About us: We are Maria and Nina, two people looking for people who are social and friendly, but respectful and also enjoy a peaceful and chill household as we work full-time and usually have early starts. The block of flats we live in is also mostly made up of families and older professionals.

Although there's times we'll be doing our own thing or spending time in our rooms, we also like to hang out in the living room to chat, eat together, watch films, play games etc.
