Great short stay late Jan near Brixton ☀️

Subletting my 1 bedroom flat in Tulse hill for 1 week while being away.
Available from 25th Jan to 1st Feb.

Second floor, no lift, wide windows and lots of light during day time, short 4min walk from Tulse hill rail station , short bus ride to Brixton tube station 🚇 lots of shops under the flat and around in the area
There's a big separate bedroom, nice bathroom with tub, wifi system to listen music and projector if you wanna watch a movie.
Bedsheets and towels included 🫧
There's sadly no WIFI included but you can prepay EE or other network day or weekly pass if you don't have data from your phone.

I'll expect someone who's respectful of the space they're living in and I'll ask for a small deposit as a safety guarantee that I will return back :)
