I have two rooms available from September in a clean, comfortable and welcoming home:

Single room – £850 pcm
Double room – £950 pcm (single occupancy)
Double room – £1,150 pcm for a couple

Both bedrooms come with their own small fridge/freezer, microwave and kettle, giving you the option of having your own facilities conveniently in your room. These are completely optional and can be moved into the spacious shared kitchen if you would prefer not to have them in your bedroom.

The property has a spacious shared kitchen and bathroom, good storage and a comfortable, homely atmosphere.

Bus stop 4 minutes walk. The location is very convenient, with local shops approximately a 7-minute walk away, Streatham around a 15-minute walk and Brixton approximately 25 minutes on foot. There are also no parking restrictions, making it convenient for anyone with a car.

I’m looking for clean, friendly and respectful lodgers who would like somewhere comfortable to call home and who will be considerate of the property and everyone living here.

This is a peaceful household rather than a party house. There are no overnight guests, and visitors are preferably kept to a minimum.
