** This is a short-term let from 3 October for about a month **

Large 5x4 m room in a 3 bedroom flat in a Victorian house a few
 minutes from Tulse hill station.


The double bedroom has wooden floors with a comfortable king size double bed, desk, wardrobe, drawers and armchair. 

Big beautiful garden!



Bills are included, however the room is big with his ceilings so if you want warm and cosy it's not for yo! There's a heater in the room.

Sharing with 2 females.
The 30 year old (my lovely boomerang daughter) works hard as a barista and is off travelling to Latin America soon.

I'm a long term tenant.

Me, a creative who works in summer festivals in Ireland, also as an online English / Spanish teacher and also at a chapel exhibition space.

Black coffee aficionada, mubi lover, nutritionally aware and Hotpod yoga fan.

Looking for someone who’s not wfh all the time, who likes to share a meal sometimes but equally happy in their own space.

I'm rejigging and redecorating the room at the room at the end of September so it will look slightly different.

Good connections to Brixton. 20 mins overland to Kings cross on the Thameslink and London Bridge. 
Supermarkets, good pub and Hillside park with tennis courts and outdoor gym within 5 minutes.
