Professional looking to Female Flatmate

Hi! I'm a trainee solicitor based in London, due to qualify in September, and my current flatmate is moving out so I'm looking for someone new to share our the flat with.

I love living here and there is so much around (Brockwell Park, Herne Hill and we are close to Clapham). The train station is 3-5 min walk away and my commute into the city is really good (thanks to the City Thameslink) I am hoping to find another female flatmate, ideally a professional, though I'm open-minded about that. The most important thing is that we get along and are respectful of each other's space.

About me: I'm friendly, laid-back and easy to live with. I care about the things that matter, keeping the place clean, paying the bills on time, and basic consideration for each other but beyond that I'm pretty relaxed. I'm in the office most days and usually have plans at weekends, so I'm not home constantly, but I do enjoy socialising and am equally happy living with someone who loves having people over or someone who prefers a quieter life at home.

About the flat: We'd each have our own bedroom and bathroom, which is a great setup if you value your privacy. We'd share a fully furnished living room and kitchen. The flat also has access to a lovely communal garden (perfect for sunny days) and free parking if you drive.
