We have a HUGE room in Tulse hill, five minutes walk to the station . Also, literally seconds walk to bus stop that take you to Brixton (victoria line tube) in around seven minutes. This bus also takes you to Vauxhall tube in less than twenty minutes.

You will find similar value but in much further aways areas. Thats why we think the price of this room. is amazing for this location, for how big it is and for private access to a balcony.

The room is so big that comes with a double bed, double comfy sofa, waredraw, coffee table, space for fridge, and there is still space for lot more things! We actually are leaving the fridge that is in the photo for your use. It used to be the living room that's why so big.

There is not shared living room at this flat but this room will feel like a mini studio, a mini world . Private access to balcony, only access for you!

The reason of cheap price is that the flat itself hasn't been renovated and there is not shared living room. But the room itself is super good though, it comes with laminated floors and have double glazing for warm winter. Balcony might be handy for summer!

The flat is in two levels . You will be in first level with just other room. There are three males at the moment in the flat, all hard working people minding their own business but kind and respectful when you meet them around. This room will suit like minded people given that the current tenants are focus in work. Is not a party house.

More suited for people wanting to save money in accommodation yet craving some comfy space to live (on a budget) We also think is more suited for male given only males at home but is up to you if you are a woman and you don't mind. They are all good people.

Wifi is included and water. Gas and electricity is on top with a meter reader and you will take turns with flatmates. But will come only around £30 a month. In summer it comes around £20.

You must fit completely our renting criteria (proven income , stable work, enough means£££ to be able to pay monthly rent on time)

Remember that wifi and water is paid by us (included in the price) and you only do rota payment of gas and electricity (around £30 a month)

If you don't mind living in a purpose build block and a flat that hasn't been renovated recently but you want a good big room that you can make your own mini world then this is for you!
