Hello, potential new housemate!

I am sadly moving out after an amazing year of living in this house! I'm looking for someone to take over this steal of a double room.

The flat is split over two levels. On the first floor, is the kitchen, shared living room, one bedroom and a bathroom (which will all be yours). The top floor has two en-suite bedrooms, occupied by flatmates Alice and Ryan.

We also have access to a split-level garden through the front entrance, and there's free on-street parking available.

The location is super convenient: just a 5-minute walk to West Norwood Station, 17 minutes to Tulse Hill (with Thameslink services direct to the city) and three bus routes that’ll get you to Brixton in 15–25 minutes, for the Victoria Line.

West Norwood is a very nice area, with a cinema, library, great pubs, restaurants, and a market every 1st Sunday of the month with amazing food stalls. Stones throw away from Brockwell Park and Herne Hill as well, where there's plenty more cafes and pubs to explore.

The room comes furnished with a bed, a white square shelf, and wardrobe with mirror. Other than that you might want to get a chest of drawers or bedside table.

A bit about the Flatmates :
Alice, 34, is a Portuguese girl, working in the music industry and likes spending her free time watching anime, gaming, listening to music or going for walks. Ryan, also 34, is a good old British bloke who works in operations for a contemporary art gallery, cooks some unreal food and has even better taste in music. Also enjoys going on photo walks on his days off.

They're looking for someone sociable, open-minded, and easygoing; someone who’s respectful of personal space and gets the vibe of shared living. Both are very friendly people and lovely to have a chat when we bump into each other, but also do their own thing and lead independent lives. Just to note, this isn’t a party house, it’s a calm and comfortable shared home. I will genuinely miss living with them!

Ideally, we're after a mature professional around our age, looking for a real home, not just a place to crash. If this sounds like you, tell us a bit about yourself: what you do, what you're into, and we'd be happy to sort out a viewing.

The details:
Rent: £760/month
Bills: £100-£150/month (season dependent)
Deposit: £750
