Occupying the top of a beautiful 1880’s Victorian conversion, the split level flat is well proportioned, sun filled and occupied by 2 very friendly female creative professionals. Shared communal areas include the kitchen, bathroom, living room and massive south facing garden.

The bedroom available for rent is on its own level of the flat, providing an element of separation from all other rooms. The south facing velux windows (with blinds) mean the room fills with lovely sunshine. It’s warm through the winter, and has a desk if you WFH.

The area:
Tulse Hill is extremely well connected. Transport: 10 min bus into Brixton (Victoria tube); 3 min walk to the train station before 20 min trains to Blackfriars, Farringdon & London Bridge; or a 15 walk to West Norwood station offering further links. Tulse Hill also boasts the best pub in South (possibly all of London?), the Railway Tavern. Herne Hill, Dulwich, Streatham, Brixton all a short walk, bus, train or Lime Bike away.

About us:
Emma is 33, works in an art gallery Monday-Friday and loves pubs, Brockwell Park, exhibitions, the gym and plants.

Tana is 31, works as a textile print designer Monday-Friday and loves exhibitions, trips to the seaside, painting and cooking gorgeous vegetarian food.

We regularly watch a design programme or film together in the living room, but generally socialise separately.

What we are looking for:
