The flat is situated on the fourth floor in a secure block of flats with an entry code. There is no lift so it’s not suitable for anyone unable to take on the stairs, unfortunately.
The room itself will be unfurnished, however the rest of the flat is furnished. I work from home most days and tend to keep the place nice and tidy whilst I go about my days. Fine with someone else who also works from home as I’m happy working in my room if taking calls etc.
I like to DJ and make music in my spare time but will always be respectful in regards to noise and of course I would expect the same.
The two bedrooms are situated on opposite sides of the flat, separated by a hallway and the kitchen, allowing for space and privacy.
I’ve flat shared with men and women in the past and don’t have a preference either way, as long as you’re friendly, clean and respectful.
Also worth noting that the outgoing tenant works freelance and passed estate agent referencing so freelancers are welcome to apply too.
