Bright Room In Tulse Hill - 5 Min Walk To Station

Looking for a friendly, tidy flatmate to share this well-located two-bed flat, just five minutes from Tulse Hill Station.

The flat: Fourth floor in a secure block with entry-code access. The two bedrooms sit on opposite sides of the flat, split by a hallway and kitchen, so we’ll both have privacy and space to ourselves when desired.

The room: Unfurnished and ready for you to make your own — the rest of the flat (kitchen, living areas) is furnished but I’m more than happy for artwork or furniture to be added where possible.

About me: I work from home most days, then some days from the office in Farringdon. I tend to keep things clean and organised. I’m also into DJing and making music in my spare time — always mindful of noise. If you also work from home, that’s fine as I’m usually tucked away in my room for calls anyway.

Who I’m looking for: Someone friendly, clean, and respectful. I’ve happily shared with both men and women before, so no preference there. Freelancers welcome too (the previous tenant was freelance and passed referencing without issue).

• WiFi: currently £22/month, open to switching providers
