Double room in Tulse Hill/West Norwood

We have a double room available from 11 September in our 4 bed maisonette on Hainthorpe Road in Tulse Hill/West Norwood. Rent is £650pcm which is a steal for the area.

The house is super well located - less than 5 mins walk from West Norwood Ststion, 10 mins walk to Tulse Hill and a short cycle or bus ride to Brixton.

The area is really nice with West Norwood Picture House and some great pubs right by us, West Dulwich 5 mins away and 10 mins to the lovely Brockwell Park which has a lido.

The maisonette has four decent sized rooms, a living room, big kitchen, bathroom and separate toilet and a patio.

You would be living with me (Henry) and my mates Keanu and Greg.

Keanu (27) is just a really lovely man: he's a software engineer by day and avid reader/hyper pop listener and general fun bloke thereafter. He is also a passionate vegan (but this is not required - me and greg both eat meat) and West (unironically) Ham supporter. We met a few years ago through a house share with a mutual friend and are now really good mates and big into going to movies/on pub trips and nights out together. He is the guy with the stache in the pics (Im the ginger one).

Greg (25) is my friend from uni (see pic of him laughing) - lovely guy who's really into music, gets about to lots of music festivals and has just returned from going travelling and is about to do a masters in maths. Also likes to play rugby on weekends.
I (Henry) am 25, just finished up masters in health and international development and am about to start new role teaching politics. I also work for a human rights charity in asylum/refugee practice. I love music and generally getting about to art galleries, cinemas and the like. Also like to play football and whatever sport i am invited to partake in.

We are a queer household and very much LGBTQI+ friendly. 🏳️‍🌈🇵🇸🇵🇸

We get along really well and like hanging out together so would want to be mates with whoever joins us.
