2 rooms available in social home

Sadly 2 of our housemates are moving out so we now have 2 double rooms free in our amazing home!

About the house - The house is let by a private landlord and was fully refurbished a few years ago and finished to an excellent standard. The house is so spacious and spread out over three floors. We have a lounge, a kitchen with breakfast bar and dining table, and French doors opening out onto the outdoor garden. We have a separate utility room, downstairs toilet and cellar. Upstairs we have three bedrooms and a bathroom between two with a waterfall shower. On the floor above the further three bedrooms have another bathroom between three with a free standing bath and shower.

Location - The house is located on Upper Tulse Hill in between Brixton and Streatham. The walk into Brixton takes around 20 mins. It’s super easy to jump on a bus into Brixton and get the tube from there. Another plus is that we have Brockwell Park just round the corner!

About us - We’re a house of 4 guys and 2 girls (1 guy and 1 girl is moving out) and we are all young professionals who met on SpareRoom, and work in Central London. Most of us wfh two days a week and are in the office or out for work the rest of the time. We get on so well as a house so are looking for people who want to make friends and form part of our home. If we are at home, we socialise in the evening, cooking dinner and watching tv in the lounge. We love the usual stuff of having people round for dinner, going out and watching films on a hungover Sunday.

The rooms are both available around the same time (12th Oct) but could possibly be flexible by a day or 2 depending on the situation.

Bills are paid separately, working out at £136ish each, including a weekly cleaner (which is super handy!) A security deposit of around £1k (we can confirm exact number with the landlord). we are looking for people to join our gang for longer term, who are looking for a nice home!
