Double En-suite room available

A large double en-suite room available in a house share. We are 5/10 minutes walk from Tulse Hill station and 10/15 minutes walk from Streatham hill station.

Bills are not included. Bills (council tax, electricity/gas and wifi) are roughly £50-£90 each per month (depending on the season) and the water is paid every 3 months.

There is myself and two other males in the house. We are between the ages of 27-32 and are all working professions so to be honest we are not all in the house at the same time due to our individual working hours. We are all sociable friendly guys but also very busy and live our own time too.

The room is an en-suite room so you will not be sharing the bathroom. Please not that there is no shared living room.

We are looking for similar aged individual who is clean social and respectful and who is looking to move into a friendly chilled house.
