One bedroom available in South London! Nov 16th!

Hi!

I’m currently looking for a new flatmate to join me in this two bed flat in Tulse Hill!

It is a cute flat with a spacious kitchen/living area with big windows, so a lot of natural light. There is one bathroom, that is well kept - a deep flat clean is done once a week! Your room will come part furnished/furnished TBC.

There are two stations nearby, Tulse Hill (9 min walk) and West Norwoord (5 min walk) with very easy commutes into central London. The flat is also suitable for anyone working from home if needed. There is a high street nearby so it is very convenient for a grocery shop and a lidl just a walk away. Brixton is also just a short bus ride away! The area is very quiet and away from any city traffic so it is very peaceful, the neighbours are also lovely! In terms of rent, the room without bills is roughly £770 and with bills comes up to a minimum of £920 (this differs depending on the electricity bill). This is also a frugal flatshare, so we try minimise energy usage where we can, shorter showers, less heating, night time laundry washes etc!

The move in date is on the 16th of November and unfortunately is not flexible :(

Hi, I’m Sharmin a 26 year old working professional. I would say I’m quite bubbly and straightforward :) I always love a yap or can hide in my room on occasion. I’m looking for a working professional (ideally female) to take over the other room. Ideally someone very clean and organised that wouldn’t mind a bit of socialisation. I want to preface again by saying I have a cat! She is shy but can be lively from time to time. Unfortunately this means that I can’t have any other pets in the flat :(
