Two rooms available on different dates in a four-bedroom, two-bathroom flat in Tulse Hill, South London:

• Single room: £875 per month, bills included — available 1 December 2026. Includes a dedicated desk area.
• Double room: £1,125 per month, bills included — available 1 February 2027.

The flat has a shared open-plan kitchen and living room. Both rooms are for one person each.

I currently live here but will be moving out on 1 February. Two other women already live in the flat and will be staying.

There are currently cats in the flat. I’ll be taking my cat with me when I move out.

We’re looking for considerate housemates who respect others’ rest, communicate well and help keep shared spaces clean.

The bedroom photos were taken before the current occupancy to show the layout. The rooms currently contain additional furniture and personal belongings. Their present condition and the furniture included will be confirmed during viewings.
