A single room is available from 1 December in our welcoming four-bedroom flat in Tulse Hill, South London.

The flat is on the first floor and has a balcony, a shared living room and two bathrooms, with two people sharing each bathroom. There are currently three women living here.

Location and transport:
• Around a 4-minute straight walk to the bus stop, with the 415 and 432 taking you to Brixton station.
• Around a 10-minute walk in the other direction to Tulse Hill train station.
• Hillside Gardens Park and Brockwell Park are within walking distance, with Herne Hill also within easy reach.

We’re looking for a responsible, clean, organised and considerate flatmate who will help keep the shared spaces pleasant for everyone.

This is a home rather than a party flat. We enjoy a friendly atmosphere where we can chat, occasionally share a meal and spend time together, while respecting each other’s privacy and routines.

There is currently one cat in the flat. She will be moving out with me on 1 February, so there will be no cats living here after that.
