Subletting my room from around the 1st Dec until 1st March 2027.

It's a small room with a low ceiling but a nice window to the garden. The house is roomy with two living rooms, a big kitchen with seating, a back garden with both a pizza oven, firepit and a dining table. We're right next to Brockwell Park, and the garden is green year round.

The room is furnished with a double bed, small desk and small wardrobe.

Housemates:

You'll be living with three great people aged 30-40;
J & B, originally from Dorset, are good friends from back home, they enjoy travelling, hiking, swimming and surfing in the sea, trips to the pub, reading, cycling around London, firing up the pizza oven, playing video games and all things outdoors. J is a senior copywriter and B is about to start a new job in the civil service.

L, from London, is a scriptwriter and story developer who loves a good board game, cooking, cycling around London's best restaurants and cocktail bars, catching a show, a boardgame and whisky night, and meeting friends in the park for ping pong or tennis. He's also always up for a good debrief session on the latest cinema releases.

Everyone works flexibily with both home and out-of-house working. It's rare that no one is in. It's a sociable household with more spontaneous time together rather than planned gatherings: housemates are often found on the sofa with dinner and a film and kitchen chats as people break during the lunch hour.

This is a sublet for three months only. It would be ideal for someone needing to be in London for work for a period or similar, is social and shares similar interests ⛷️🌻🍜🥃🎲🏓🎬📺

The room has a small desk, double bed, small wardrobe and window to the garden from where I have enjoyed feeding the garden squirrel(s), Benjamin 🐿️

Bills:
Come to around ~£180/month for internet, water, gas, electricity, a cleaner who comes every other week, TV license and shared shopping bits such as cleaning bits and coffee beans.
