Double room available in Brixton Hill/ Tulse Hill

Room available as our flatmate is moving out to go travelling.

The Room
Double bed room, fully furnished with bed, chest of drawers, desk and chair and clothing rail.

The Property
It’s a 3 bedroom flat across 3 floors. Each bedroom has its own floor. There’s a separate kitchen and living room space with 2 toilets and a shower. We also have a private outside space on the ground floor.

The flat is a 15 minute walk from Brixton tube station and Herne Hill station.

The Contract
It’s a rolling contract - we plan on staying here for at least another year and would want someone to move in who wants to stay here just as long (but flexible, of course). Move in date is from 01/01/2027 however we can be flexible from mid December 2026.

Us
We’re friends from university and are both working professionals. We work from home 2/3 days a week. We cook together (not compulsory) and enjoy a cosy evening watching telly. Also love a wine night.
