Set in a lovely green residential, safe and quite area, moments away from Turham Green Tube Station and few minutes walk from Chiswick High Road where you can meet all the finest restaurants and supermarket (Sainsbury's , Waitrose, M&S Tesco) which are open till late.

Also it is connected directly with Heathrow!!!! What a bonus eh?😄

The room is spacious, bright with double bed, specious 4 chest of drawers under the bed, 2 wardrobe , desk with drawers and shelves, mirror, a book shelf and if anything is needed just ask.
The kitchen has a lovely new fridge and double oven ......for cooking lovers 😋 ❤️
as well as the flat has been given a recent make over all around .

You will be sharing the flat with myself and my boy ,12 yrs old .

Bathroom includes tub and shower with nice hot water 24/7..

So I am looking for someone clean, responsible, no smoker, professional.

The flat is free smoke, located on ground floor and it has a massive back garden in a safe and residential area

Only gas is included in the rent
