Room available in a flat in Turnham Green/Chiswick

Room Available from Early November

We have a room available in a comfortable flat shared with three other people: two girls and one guy who is usually only around one or two days a week.

The flat is spacious and fully equipped with everything you need. It’s also in a great location for transport, with both the District and Piccadilly lines nearby, as well as plenty of bus connections.

We’re looking for someone to move in from early November, ideally someone aged 30+ who, like us, has a busy lifestyle and doesn’t spend too much time at home. We’d prefer someone who mainly uses the flat as a comfortable base rather than spending most of their time here.

Rent and bills: The rent does not include bills, council tax or the cleaner. However, the overall monthly cost is expected to range from £750 to £800 during the winter months, depending on gas usage.
