Unfortunately, my current flatmate has had to move out, so I’m looking for a new flatmate to share this lovely two-bedroom home.

The room

The room is bright and comfortable, with a window overlooking the street, air conditioning, wooden floorboards, and a large, modern wardrobe with a chest of drawers. A double mattress is also available from my previous flatmate, so if you want you’ll just need to arrange your own bed frame. You will be using the large family bathroom.

The flat

There’s plenty of space to enjoy, including a huge kitchen and dining area, as well as a beautiful study space on the top floor. The flat also benefits from underfloor heating and a working fireplace, making it a lovely place to relax and unwind.

Location

The flat is ideally located in the heart of Chiswick, with excellent transport links. The tube station is just a 4-minute walk away, and Chiswick High Road is right on our doorstep, with plenty of cafés, restaurants, shops, and other amenities nearby.

Who I’m looking for

Ideally, you’re a working professional who is tidy, respectful, and considerate of shared spaces. I’m looking for someone who appreciates a peaceful, comfortable home and is happy to share it with mutual respect.

Rent: £1,275 per month, plus bills (council tax, gas and electricity, internet, and water).

Move-in date: End of November.
